Every Jarl piece is printed to order in Europe, at the facility closest to you. EU orders are printed inside the EU and UK orders inside the UK, so there are no customs fees.
- Production: 1–2 working days.
- Sweden: 49 kr, free on orders over 499 kr. 2–5 working days. Express (1–2 days) 99 kr.
- EU: 69 kr, free on orders over 699 kr. 3–7 working days.
- Norway, UK, Switzerland, Iceland: 89 kr, free on orders over 799 kr. 3–7 working days.
You get a tracking link the moment it ships. Digital files arrive by download link within minutes of payment.
Christmas: order by 15 December for delivery in Europe before the 24th.
Returns and reprints
Each piece is made from your photo, for you, so it cannot be resold. That is why you see the portrait on the page before you pay.
- Not happy with the portrait? Forge again before you add it to the cart. It is free, as many times as you like.
- Arrived damaged or misprinted? Send a photo within 14 days through the contact form. We reprint and reship for free.
- Changed your mind? Under EU and UK consumer law, personalised goods are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal once production has started. Contact us within an hour of ordering and we cancel it if it has not gone to print.
Your photo and your data
Your photo is sent once, over an encrypted connection, to our image engine (Google's Gemini API, under its business data terms) to paint the portrait. We do not store the photo afterwards. The finished portrait is kept for 30 days so you can come back to it, or for 6 months if you order, so we can reprint if something goes wrong. Ask us to delete it at any time through the contact form.
